What we collect, and why
We only collect what we need to run the store and serve you:
- Contact details — your name, email address and phone number, so we can respond to you and complete your order.
- Order and shipping information — what you bought, your shipping address, and tracking details, so we can pack, ship and support your order.
- Messages you send us — emails, WhatsApp messages, marketplace messages, and photos you send for a card assessment, so we can answer you and do the work you asked for.
- Payment information — payments are processed by the marketplace or payment provider you check out with (for example eBay). We do not receive or store your full card number.
We use this information to fulfill orders, arrange tracked shipping, provide customer service, respond to inquiries and assessments, and keep the basic business and tax records the law requires.
Marketplaces and other platforms
Many of our sales happen through marketplaces such as eBay and other selling platforms. When you buy through a marketplace, that platform collects and handles your information under its own privacy policy, and shares the order details we need — your name, shipping address and what you bought — so we can fulfill your order. Messages sent through a marketplace are also handled on that platform.
We do not sell your information
We never sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with the service providers who need it to complete your order or run the store — shipping carriers (such as Canada Post and UPS) for delivery, the marketplace and payment providers that process your purchase, and grading or authentication services if you ask us to submit an item for you. If the law requires disclosure, we will comply with the law.
Cookies and website data
This website is a simple static site. We do not run advertising trackers or sell browsing data. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you viewed — in server logs used for security and to keep the site running. If your browser stores preferences for this site, they stay on your device.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for business, warranty and tax purposes, and messages for as long as they are relevant to your dealings with us. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the identifying details.

- Correct — ask us to fix anything that is wrong or out of date.
